Are the classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. Each session includes gentle warm-ups, clear instructions, and posture modifications, making the classes safe and comfortable for beginners while still beneficial for experienced practitioners.

Are these classes live or recorded?

The classes are conducted live online, allowing real-time guidance and correction.

How do I join the online classes?

Once you enroll, you will receive joining instructions and online access details (such as a meeting link) before the class begins. Joining is simple and mobile-friendly.

What will be taught in the classes?

The sessions include: Stretching & warm-ups, Yoga asanas, Pranayama & breathing techniques, Cleansing techniques, Relaxation & meditation. And also free lecture on healthy diet & lifestyle

Do I need any special equipment?

No special equipment is required. A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space are sufficient. Optional props like cushions or blocks may be required for certain sessions.

Are the classes safe for women with health issues?

In general yes. But the students are requested to inform about their health condition in advance so that special care can be taken in this regard.Β
