Vasanti Pattekar is a dedicated and compassionate yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience, committed to helping women lead healthier and more balanced lives through yoga. A certified yoga teacher, she has personally guided more than 200 women on their wellness journeys, supporting them through a wide range of physical, emotional, and mental health challenges. Her teaching approach goes beyond postures—focusing on mindful movement, breath awareness, and inner well-being. Over the years, many women associated with YogaandLife have experienced remarkable improvements, from reduced stress and mental distress to better flexibility, strength, posture, and overall vitality.
